Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. You can select regular mail or express post at check out. If you would like an estimate of when your parcel will arrive, visit this website: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/  Our postcode is 3930.

We will apply your tracking number once we have posted your parcel. You can track your item on Australia Post's website.

Your parcel requires a signature and if you are not at home when your goodies are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card so you can pick up your parcel from the local PO.  You can comment on your order if you wish Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not at home but, this is at your risk.

We offer $8.50 flat rate shipping Australia Wide.  And spend over $115 and shipping is free.

Please also note that the shipping rates for express post items we sell are weight-based. Express Post is generally 1 - 2 days but, if you live in a remote area or WA or NT, it can take up to 7 day for express.  We are located in Mount Eliza, Victoria.

Hassle-Free Returns

We understand that shopping for goods online can sometimes be challenging – especially when it comes to children’s shoes. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of dispatch / receipt as long as the unused shoes and packaging can be returned in the same condition that they were sent.

Paypal have an offer currently where they will pay for the return postage.  See below and click on the link for the terms and conditions.

We will refund (minus original postage charges) or exchange, whichever you prefer. If the item is faulty or the reason for return is due to an error on Kids Got Sole’s part, we will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Otherwise for: Returns for REFUND – the customer will be responsible for the payment of the return postage.

Returns for EXCHANGE – the customer will be responsible for the payment of the return postage to us and we will happily pay for the shipping (Australia wide only) to send replacement products to the customer.

To return your item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns can be posted to: Kids Got Sole, PO BOX 2, Mount Eliza, Vic, 3930.  Be sure to include a note so we know who you are.

When posting items back to us please obtain your receipt from your Post Office with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot accept responsibilty for returned product that doesn’t arrive to us. If an item returned is not in a fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange. We appreciate your business. Thank you, The Kids Got Sole Team
