How Can I Pay For My Order:

The size I want is not in stock, will you be getting more?

We get new orders regularly so it is worth checking via email if we have the size you need coming in.

Anything in our sale section will not be restocked.. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we sure do and it's free.  Just edit your cart at checkout and select which products you would like gift wrapped.. Or you can mention in the order comments that you would like it gift wrapped.

Where is my order?

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of you placing your order.  You will be emailed a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order via the Australia Post website. We are located in Mount Eliza Vic so delivery times will vary from 2 to 10 days depending on where you are located.

What if I need to return a product?

Do you offer a rewards program?

Yes we sure do.  Just click the green rewards tab to sign up (it will also explain our rewards program) and you can start earning points right away.

I made an error on my order can I change it?

If the order hasn't been sent, yes you can.  Call, text or email us with the change.
